What to Expect at Your First Class
New to MVMT Studio? We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your first class so our team can welcome you and walk you through the space. No prior experience is required for any of our sessions. Our instructors offer modifications and progressions so everyone can move at their own pace.
Class Types at MVMT Studio
Our schedule features a rotating mix of movement disciplines, including strength and conditioning, mobility work, yoga flows, and functional fitness. Each class is designed to challenge your body while building community. Whether you prefer to sweat it out in a high-intensity session or slow things down with a recovery-focused class, there is something for you on our timetable.
Booking and Cancellation
Classes can be booked directly through our online schedule. If your plans change, please cancel at least 4 hours in advance so another member can take your spot.
