Classes

Our class curation is intentionally diverse, drawing from a variety of modalities. We offer yoga, mixed movement, dance, martial arts, functional training, and more. We also offer contrast therapy to help you regulate and unwind. Diversity helps strengthen and balance your body and keeps your mind engaged. Our hope is to help you achieve a depth of and breadth of understanding of how you move, and to encourage you to move in all the ways you can imagine.
