About us
MVMT Philosophy
At MVMT Studio, we see movement as a common language, one that connects us to ourselves and each other, invites play, and supports a life of longevity and everyday function.
Rooted in research and care, our approach blends structure with freedom, offering space for personal exploration and shared experience.
Our Home
Our space is shaped by modernist design principles: functionality, timelessness and human-centricity.
Inspired by Bauhaus, the Eameses and Aalto, the studio environment balances clean geometry with warmth and texture. Every detail, from the materials to the layout, supports clarity, flow and presence. We invite you to move with intention, linger with ease and feel part of something shared.
The studio includes a movement room, a contrast therapy space, changing rooms, showers, and a cozy cafe corner operated by our friends at Aura Wellness Bar.
Meet the team
Our team is the heartbeat of MVMT Studio, a collective of passionate teachers, experts, and community builders who bring energy, expertise, and authenticity to every session. Each of them brings their own story, style, and spark, but they all share one mission: to help you move with purpose. Get to know the people behind the movement.
