What moves us
Movement is our common language, the studio our common ground. All bodies are capable, all personalities are welcome; all people are whole. Play is our catalyst for expansion, and togetherness is our greatest teacher.
We are a philosophy and a container, drawing on many disciplines older and wiser than us: dance, martial arts, yoga, and movement without labels. We honour our roots, move freely across every plane, and we do so with a smile.
We cultivate the capacity to move well and adapt to whatever life asks of us — physically, mentally and emotionally. We practice for spontaneous adaptation, ease in the unplanned moment, and embodied capability we never rehearsed. A body exposed to many disciplines grows resilient. That is how we last.
We push, we pull, we shift, lift and spiral, we flow, we hold, fall, grapple and leap.
Here, in every movement, we honour our multitudes and interconnectedness, to live in a way that is deliberately different, and yet fundamentally human.

MVMT Studio is not a gym — it's a completely different experience. If you're tired of repetitive workouts and rigid fitness concepts, this place is a breath of fresh air. The philosophy is simple but powerful: just move your body, explore, and reconnect with how it's meant to function. Classes blend multiple disciplines in a way that feels fluid, intelligent, and fun. No ego, no pressure, just high-quality coaching and a strong sense of presence. The space itself is beautifully designed. What really stands out is the atmosphere: welcoming, playful, and genuinely human. You don't just train — you connect, you learn, you enjoy. A rare concept that goes far beyond fitness. If you're in Lisbon, this is absolutely worth experiencing.

Mostly in studios in Lisbon, my experience was that they treat you really nice — until you become a paying regular customer, then they don't care about you. What makes here special is that I feel deeply that they care… Every class feels like play, so I didn't even feel like I'm working out.
I'm really grateful for this studio. In such a short time they made an impact on me. Mostly in studios in Lisbon, my experience was that they treat you really nice- until you become a paying regular customer, then they don't care about you. What makes here special is that I feel deeply that they care- and yes even after you paying :) I feel very seen and every class is like a ceremony on its own haha :)) I released trauma during classes unintentionally! Every class feels like play, so I didn't even feel like I'm working out but I still burn lots of calories! The studio is spacious, bright and there is always a rainbow inside!! They have a nice community with friendly people. Their recovery room with sauna and cold plunge is super nice too. Plus they organize cool (& one of a kind) events! Highly recommended, thanks guys for putting an extraordinary work.

There's not a kinda gym-snob vibe here; I am on the older side and everyone is being super nice to me… Little details have been worked out, from real glasses for water to the right details in the locker rooms and a terrific recovery area. They've done a LOT with a small space.
Joined this new space a few weeks ago after walking by it so many times in my neighborhood and getting curious. The vibe is sweet and friendly, the workouts are fantastic - they have been very carefully curated so there is consistency as well as variety. The teachers are wonderful - very experienced, very attentive. The founders and team have created an inclusive, friendly, place for serious working out that feels playful and fun as well. Inclusive is important - there's not a kinda gym-snob vibe here; I am on the older side and everyone is being super nice to me :-) Little details have been worked out, from real glasses for water to the right details in the locker rooms and a terrific recovery area. They've done a LOT with a small space. Oh, and there's a cafe as well for having a snack or meal, meeting other people and hanging out, for building familiarity with each other and community. This is a great add to my life and my neighborhood, and I am really appreciative of being part of this effort. All the best and see you soon.

Surprisingly the instructors are 10/10 across all classes. So now I don't have to go to different studios based on the training I want. Also, sauna and plunge atmosphere is 10/10.

I started with Mixed Movement and have since branched out across all their pillars… The space itself is beautiful, bright, and welcoming, but it's the team that truly makes you feel at home.
